                ⚡ Key summary: DigiStore Pro sells digital subscription keys and account credentials. All payments are in cryptocurrency and non-refundable except as described in Section 6. Credentials must be kept private.
            

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DigiStore Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
You must not be subject to economic sanctions or prohibited by law from purchasing digital services.
One account per person. Multiple accounts used to circumvent restrictions will be banned.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your DigiStore Pro account to others.
Accounts showing signs of fraud, chargebacks, or abuse will be suspended without notice.

4. Products & Services

DigiStore Pro sells digital subscription credentials and license keys for third-party software and services. We act as a reseller.

Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.
Subscription periods begin from the date the credentials are delivered to you.
Third-party services (Netflix, ChatGPT, etc.) are governed by their own terms of service — compliance is your responsibility.
We do not guarantee that third-party services will remain unchanged, operational, or available.

5. Payments

All prices are displayed in USD and paid in cryptocurrency via Cryptomus.
Prices are final at the time of order creation.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Payments confirmed on the blockchain cannot be recalled.
You must pay the exact amount specified — overpayments are credited, underpayments will result in order cancellation. Contact support for resolution.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

The credentials delivered to you do not function as described.
You have contacted our support team and provided reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue (24-hour resolution window).
The subscription has not been fully used (e.g., streaming service was streamed for the full month).

Refunds are issued in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. We do not issue fiat currency refunds. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind or if the issue is caused by misuse.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to:

Purchase products for resale without explicit written permission.
Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal data.
Conduct automated attacks, scraping, or stress-testing without permission.
Submit false support tickets or abuse our refund policy.
Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — design, code, trademarks, and copy — is owned by DigiStore Pro. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission. Products purchased remain subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective owners (Spotify, Adobe, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiStore Pro shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of profit, data, or goodwill.
Service interruptions by third-party providers.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice or refund. You may request account deletion at any time via Account Settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DigiStore Pro operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not class-action litigation.
